Do I pay for postage?
A flat rate shipping fee of $16 applies to all orders, this includes return shipping!
What if the garment doesn't fit or I just don't like it?
Simply contact us soon as you receive your item to discuss your options! We will either send you an alternative option or issue you with a credit note. Refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
Can I try the dress before I book?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely confident and happy with you order. We can discuss various options and services with you.

How far in advance can I reserve a garment?
You can reserve your garment up to 3 months in advance, when making a booking we suggest booking the dress 1 – 2 days before your event to ensure you receive it on time.
How long can I hire the garment for?
You can hire our garments either for 4 or 8 days periods.
Do you offer refunds?
No we do not so please choose carefully however if the item does not fit or you simply just don't like the item contact our team as soon as you receive your order. Our team will be able to offer you an exchange or credit note.
Refer to our terms and conditions for details. Please note we do not offer credit notes on accessories.
Do I need to be at home when my garment arrives?
Yes, as we use a combination of Australia Post & courier services, and it is strongly recommended that you are at home to receive your order. This is to avoid any un-necessary delay.
What if my hire period ends on a weekend or public holiday?
Simply return post your garment before 4pm on the next business day.
What if I have an accident?
Don’t worry, we understand accidents happen. We do not charge for normal wear and tear of our garments. We ask that you do not attempt to wash, repair or clean our garments. Any permanent damage to goods are treated as per our terms and conditions located on the website.
Do I need to steam the garments?
Our garments a steamed with the utmost care and carefully wrapped in tissue paper to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If you receive a dress that requires light steaming, we ask that you do this carefully.
Do I need to dry clean the garment prior returning it?
Dry cleaning service is included in your hire fee, we arrange cleaning with our own professionals that are familiar with the care of our delicate items. Simply return the item in the free post satchel at the end of the hire agreement and we do the rest!
What if I need assistance in picking a garment?
Don’t worry our team is here to help, contact us and our stylists will provide you with advice on picking the perfect dress.
